Raisins are made by dehydrating grapes in a process using the heat of the sun or a mechanical process of oven drying but we use Natural air drying system so, our Raisins are high quality and very good in color. The most popular types of raisins are Sultana, Malaga , Monukka, Zante Currant, Muscat and Thompson seedless. The size of small pebbles, raisins have wrinkled skins surrounding chewy flesh that tastes like a burst of sugary sweetness. While the colors of raisins vary, they are generally a deep brown color, oftentimes with hints of a purple hue but we produce green, light green and golden color raisins. Thanks to dried weather of our city we are able to produce high quality raisins in the world.Raisins for eating as a fruit and also used in baking and confectionery. The main producers are the Mediterranean area, California , Mexico , Australia , Turkey , Iran and Sinkiang Province of China. Also Uzbekistan and Afghanistan . China is a very big source of Green Raisins and Sultana Raisins now. Grapes may be dried in the sun or artificially, using hot air. The dark color of the dried fruit comes from the caramelizing of natural sugars during the drying process. Drying reduces grapes to 25% of their original weight, while retaining almost all the nutritional value of the fresh fruit. We use adobe houses for drying the Seedless Grapes.The Air passes through holes of Adobe house and dry air dried the fresh grapes without any chemical or food additives. In Turpan (a prefecture of Sinkiang province of China ) a combination of low-lying lands, long hours of sunshine, cool nights, and hot days produce seedless white grapes inordinately sugary when harvested in August. Forty days after being plucked from the trellises (wooden fences supporting the grapevines) and dried in adobe houses, with in 15 days the green-pearl raisin is ready for shipment.
